衣物建议 / Clothing Tips
按目的地气候准备,中国南北温差极大。参观寺庙需遮肩盖膝,备一件薄外套。西藏/高原地区即使夏季也需厚外套和防晒霜(紫外线强烈)。舒适步行鞋必备,景区步行量大。
Pack according to your destination's climate — temperature differences between north and south China are extreme. Cover shoulders and knees for temple visits; bring a light jacket. Tibet/plateau areas need a heavy jacket and strong sunscreen even in summer (intense UV). Comfortable walking shoes are essential — you'll walk a lot at scenic areas.
