冬至温泉之旅 | Winter Solstice Hot Spring Getaway
冬至前后(12月下旬),是中国泡温泉的最佳时节。室外温度越低,温泉体验越舒服。
Around the Winter Solstice (late December), it's the best time for hot springs in China. The colder the air, the more satisfying the soak.
腾冲火山温泉 | Tengchong Volcanic Hot Springs, Yunnan
云南腾冲的热海温泉区有99个天然泉眼,水温最高可达102°C。最有名的"大滚锅"蒸汽冲天,景区还能买到用温泉水煮的鸡蛋。推荐住在热海附近的温泉酒店,出门就能泡。
Tengchong's Hot Sea area has 99 natural spring vents with water reaching 102°C. The famous "Big Boiling Pot" shoots steam skyward — you can buy eggs cooked in spring water right at the scenic area. Stay at a hot spring hotel nearby for instant access.
南京汤山温泉 | Tangshan Hot Springs, Nanjing
汤山温泉有1500多年历史,南朝时期就是皇家浴场。现在既有高端度假村也有平价公共池。含硫温泉对皮肤好,当地人冬天周末常来泡半天。距南京市区40分钟车程。

Tangshan has over 1,500 years of history as a royal bathing site since the Southern Dynasties. Today it offers both luxury resorts and affordable public pools. The sulfur-rich waters are great for skin. Locals regularly come for half-day soaks on winter weekends. Just 40 minutes from downtown Nanjing.
长白山温泉 | Changbai Mountain Hot Springs, Jilin
零下20度的雪地里泡露天温泉,头发结霜、身体却暖烘烘——这是长白山独有的"冰火两重天"体验。泡完温泉还能去看天池和雾凇。12月到2月是最佳季节。
Soaking in outdoor springs at -20°C, frost forming on your hair while your body stays warm — this "ice and fire" experience is unique to Changbai Mountain. After your soak, visit Tianchi (Heaven Lake) and the rime ice formations. December to February is ideal.
温泉礼仪 | Hot Spring Etiquette
- 入池前先淋浴冲净身体 | Shower thoroughly before entering any pool
- 长发需要盘起或戴泳帽 | Tie up long hair or wear a swim cap
- 不要把毛巾放进温泉水中 | Don't put towels in the spring water
- 每次浸泡不超过15-20分钟 | Limit each soak to 15-20 minutes
- 泡后多喝水补充水分 | Drink plenty of water after soaking
小贴士 | Tips: 冬至当天很多温泉度假村有特别活动,如冬至饺子宴、篝火晚会。建议提前查询和预订。 Many hot spring resorts host special events on Winter Solstice — dumpling feasts, bonfires. Check and book in advance.
