海南环岛自驾7天：三亚万宁博鳌 | 7-Day Hainan Island Drive: Sanya, Wanning & Boao

海南是中国唯一全岛高速免费的省份，环岛一圈约650公里，7天刚好不赶不松。这条线把海滩、热带雨林、冲浪小镇和侨乡文化全串起来了。

This is the only province in China where all expressways are toll-free. A 650 km loop around the island in 7 days gives you beaches, rainforests, surf towns, and overseas-Chinese heritage — without rushing.

Day 1：三亚 — 落地与海湾适应

落地凤凰机场后直奔租车点（神州/一嗨柜台在到达层右手边），40分钟搞定手续。第一站不要急着去景区，先到三亚湾椰梦长廊散步，调整一下飞行后的状态。

Highlights: - 椰梦长廊日落（免费，17:30-18:30光线最好） - 第一市场海鲜（自己买海鲜交给加工店炒，人均80-120元）

• Coconut Dream Corridor sunset (free, best light 5:30–6:30 PM)
• First Market seafood (buy your own seafood and pay a stall to cook it, ¥80–120 per person)

Pick up your rental car at Phoenix Airport (Shenzhou or eHi counters on the arrivals level, about 40 minutes for paperwork). Don't rush to attractions — walk Coconut Dream Corridor along Sanya Bay to shake off the flight. The sunset here between 5:30 and 6:30 PM is genuinely spectacular.

Day 2：三亚 — 蜈支洲岛 + 亚龙湾

早上8点坐船去蜈支洲岛（提前一天在美团订票，含船票约168元）。岛上水质是三亚最清的，浮潜和海底漫步是招牌项目。下午回来去亚龙湾，沙子细白，比大东海安静得多。

Highlights: - 蜈支洲岛情人桥（拍照经典机位） - 亚龙湾热带天堂森林公园（《非诚勿扰2》取景地，吊桥值得走一趟）

• Lover's Bridge on Wuzhizhou Island (classic photo spot)

Book Wuzhizhou Island tickets the night before on Meituan — about ¥168 including the ferry. The water clarity here is the best around Sanya. Snorkeling and the "sea walk" (walking on the seabed with a helmet, no swimming required, ~¥480) are the headline activities. Afternoon: Yalong Bay — quieter and finer sand than Dadonghai.

Day 3：三亚 → 陵水（约80km）

沿G98高速东行，一小时到陵水。上午去南湾猴岛（跨海缆车本身就是景点），下午到清水湾——这片海滩沙子踩上去会"唱歌"（会发出吱吱声），全国少见。

Highlights: - 南湾猴岛跨海缆车（单程约15分钟，海面风景绝佳） - 清水湾"会唱歌的沙滩"（赤脚在干沙上快走就能听到声音） - 分界洲岛（如果时间够，比蜈支洲人更少）

• Nanwan Monkey Island cable car (15 minutes one-way, stunning sea views)
• Clearwater Bay "singing sand" (walk fast barefoot on dry sand to hear it squeak)
• Boundary Island (less crowded than Wuzhizhou if you have time)

Drive east on the G98 for about an hour to Lingshui. Nanwan Monkey Island has a cable car crossing the sea — the ride itself is worth it. In the afternoon, Clearwater Bay has "singing sand" that squeaks underfoot. It's a real phenomenon, not a gimmick.

Day 4：陵水 → 万宁（约60km）

万宁是中国冲浪第一镇。日月湾的浪全年适合初学者，冲浪俱乐部满街都是，装备+教练2小时课约200-300元。不冲浪的话，石梅湾的安静程度堪比十年前的三亚。

Highlights: - 日月湾冲浪（初学者推荐"浪人部落"或"后海冲浪俱乐部"） - 石梅湾（电影《非诚勿扰2》另一取景地，人少景美） - 兴隆热带植物园（免费咖啡品尝，了解东南亚归侨文化）

• Riyue Bay surfing (beginners: try "Surfer Tribe" or "Houhai Surf Club")

Wanning is China's surf capital. Riyue Bay has beginner-friendly waves year-round. Two-hour lessons with board and instructor run about ¥200–300. If surfing isn't your thing, Shimei Bay is what Sanya beaches felt like a decade ago — empty and beautiful.

Day 5：万宁 → 博鳌 → 琼海（约70km）

博鳌不只是论坛会址。玉带滩是世界上分隔海水和河水最窄的沙滩，站在上面左手是南海，右手是万泉河，很奇妙。琼海市区的南洋老街保留了大量骑楼建筑，适合慢逛。

Highlights: - 博鳌亚洲论坛永久会址（门票约125元，主要看建筑和展览） - 玉带滩（免费，左海右河的奇景） - 琼海南洋街骑楼（嘉积镇老城区，拍照很出片） - 潭门渔港（海鲜价格比三亚低一半，本地人吃海鲜的地方）

Boao is more than its famous forum venue. Yudai Beach is one of the narrowest sand strips in the world separating ocean from river — stand on it with the South China Sea on your left and Wanquan River on your right. In Qionghai city, the old Nanyang-style arcade streets are perfect for slow wandering and photography.

Day 6：琼海 → 文昌 → 海口（约160km）

文昌是"椰子之乡"和"航天城"。东郊椰林的椰子全国最好喝，文昌鸡是海南四大名菜之首。如果赶上火箭发射日（关注"中国航天"公众号），龙楼镇的观测点能看到海边发射。

Highlights: - 东郊椰林（椰子水直接喝，最新鲜的体验） - 铜鼓岭（爬30分钟看月亮湾全景，值得） - 文昌航天发射场外围观测点（龙楼镇，非发射日也可以看发射塔） - 文昌鸡正宗吃法（白切，蘸酱用小桔子+酱油+蒜）

Wenchang is coconut country and home to China's newest rocket launch site. The coconuts from Dongjiao Coconut Grove are the best on the island. Wenchang Chicken (boiled and served with a citrus-soy dip) is the #1 Hainan dish — eat it here where it originated.

Day 7：海口 — 老城与收尾

海口的精华在骑楼老街和火山口地质公园。骑楼老街是百年南洋建筑群，清补凉（海南甜品）在这里吃最正宗。火山口公园可以走进一万年前的火山口内部，很短但很特别。

Highlights: - 骑楼老街（中山路一带，清补凉必吃，8-15元一碗） - 万绿园海边（本地人跑步遛弯的地方，接地气） - 火山口地质公园（门票60元，走进火山口约40分钟）

• Arcade Old Street (Zhongshan Road area, must-try Qingbuliang ¥8–15 per bowl)
• Wanlv Garden waterfront (where locals jog and stroll — very authentic)
• Volcanic Geopark (¥60 entry, walk into the crater in about 40 minutes)

Signature experience: DIY Qingbuliang on Arcade Old Street — some shops let you pick your own toppings: coconut milk or brown sugar base + a dozen ingredients to mix and match

Haikou's soul is in its arcade old street — century-old Southeast Asian-style buildings now housing local eateries. Qingbuliang (a cold dessert with coconut milk and dozens of toppings) is the must-eat here. If you have a couple of hours, the Volcanic Geopark lets you walk inside a 10,000-year-old crater.

Driving tips: Hainan's expressways are all toll-free — unique in China. The G98 ring expressway is well-maintained. Fuel for the full loop costs about ¥350–400. Most rental companies allow pickup at Sanya Phoenix Airport and drop-off at Haikou Meilan Airport (surcharge ¥200–400). If you hold a foreign license, arrange a temporary Chinese driving permit through your rental company in advance.
