12306提前30天开售，热门线路（京沪、京广）节假日前后票源紧张，建议开售当天抢购。候补购票功能可在无票时自动抢票，成功率较高。

Tickets go on sale 30 days in advance on 12306. Popular routes (Beijing–Shanghai, Beijing–Guangzhou) sell out fast around holidays — buy on the first day of sale. The "waitlist" feature automatically grabs tickets when they become available, with a high success rate.

高铁准点率超95%。如遇晚点超2小时，可申请全额退票。改签免费（当天内），退票手续费：开车前15分钟以上退票收5%手续费。
